I am being charged full price still after contract has expired

My 24 months contract finished and still they changing full price im confusedĀ

Okay @Maryan Ibrahim, the iD contract doesnā€™t end until you tell iD Mobile.Ā 

I think whatā€™s happened in this case is that youā€™veĀ finished the 24-month minimum term for your iD contract.

Unfortunately, what happens next is completely your decision @Maryan Ibrahim.

Hey @Maryan Ibrahim,

Log into your iD app/account

Click My Account > Upgrade

Then find either a new contractĀ orĀ SIM only plan to upgrade to.

This replaces your current with the new.

So SIM only means you will only be paying for the SIM only plan.

Make sure you are not being credit checked (as upgrades require no credit check).

If you are being asked for address history and/or setting up a new Direct Debit (where you have one active already) you will have gone onto the wrong area and are purchasing a separate new contract which isĀ notĀ an upgrade.
