i am not receiving authentication texts from companies

I've had my phone a few weeks now. I've tried powering off and taking the SIM card out but nothing works - no authentication codes are getting through. Lots of sites and services I can't access because of this! Please help!

Often happens after porting a number over to iD - when you joined iD, did you port your number over?

Anyway, get immediate assistance using online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The iD agents are available until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Ask somebody to get tech team to check your iD network account.
