I paid my bill manually but a direct debit was still taken. Am I able to be refunded?

Hi @Aysh96,

If you make a manual payment within a few days of your Direct Debit being due then the payment may still be taken via Direct Debit also as this is scheduled with the bank a few days prior to it being taken.

You can leave the payment on there as credit towards your next bill or you can request a refund by contacting our Live Chat Team here.
