Outstanding debt LCS creditor back to ID Mobile

Hi 

There was previously a thread but not sure if still being responded to so decided to make a new one

I would like to pay off a outstanding debt that has been referred to LCS on behalf of ID mobile. The debt apparenty has gone back to ID mobile. My mobile number has already been cancelled so cannot make payment through the phone line.

I would like to know who I can contact or if somebody from ID can contact me so I can clear the payment as soon as possible
