Why have I been overcharged on my bill for the month when I have not gone over any of my allowance?

Hello @Nobby02,

Have you tried viewing the PDF bill for a full breakdown of charges?

If you recently changed plans, upgraded or changed the Direct Debit date you will get a pro-rata bill on your next bill.

For plan changes, you’ll get a credit back for any line rental charged on the last bill for the date after your plan change.

This period is then re-billed on that next bill which can often make the bill a little higher that month.
