Paid my bill but services are still not restored?

I paid my bill yesterday morning after it had been suspended.  My services havent cone back on,i work in care and i need my phone! Its ridiculous that theres no phone number to ring a customer service

I have paid my phone bill in full, and it says I cannot access my plan and my services are not working. Need my phone for work.
