Payment debt and billing errors

My account has been suspended because apparently I have two months of debt on my account but in my banking statements I have payed my bill every month except march currently. I have a direct debit too and it doesn’t seem to work all the time either. I am being charged £75 when I should only be getting charge £38.71

I am not sure how to sort this out,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with payments.

Have you tried viewing the PDF files of the bills?

We provide a full breakdown of the bills, dates they’re due and when to expect payment to be collected.

We also send texts letting you know if a bill payment has failed and if we’re attempting this again.

Have you got any other accounts with us also?
