From the sounds of what you’re telling us there. Your most recent purchase was a brand new 24-month contract (with it’s own new mobile number). So you’ve bought that instead of doing an upgrade on your old number (the SIM only plan).
We can’t move numbers from one iD account to another, so what we’ll need to do now is cancel your old SIM-only plan.
To do just that, we’ll send a private message on here now.  Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages.
