I have just cancelled a Direct Debit with you, because so far as I am aware I do not use any of your services and have not done so for several years. Please contact me by email for further information; I have tried and failed to use the online chat service. Thank you, Jon.

Hi @Pitchford,

If you’re looking to cancel your plan then only closing the Direct Debit will still leave the plan active. Please check our article here for ways of cancelling your plan.

Thanks, Ryan. I can’t use any of this cancellation methods without knowing my mobile phone number for a phone which I no longer have. Please can I make the cancellation by email. Thanks.
