Why have I got to pay my bill when I paid last months on 31st and will pay this months on the 1st?

Why has my account been suspended when I paid on the 31st January 2023

Bills are produced on a set date each month (invoice date) and collected/due 14-days later (payment date).
Have you tried viewing the bills as a PDF file? as we show on there what date the payment is due for or to be collected?
