Would like to know why my bill which is normally £29 was charged at £47 checked all my itemised no charges on there and havent been out the country the bill is giving no reason as too why, how do i get this sorted?

If you view the bill it should give you a full breakdown once it’s produced.
What dates are you being charged line rental for?
Normally it’s 1-month but if you change plans, direct debit date or upgrade these all cause a pro-rata calculation.
