Hello 

I would like change account holder from my ex husband to mine

im paying this bill but unfortunately is still on his account (always „hi Jaroslaw „)

how can I change and be receiving bills for on my name

Welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately we are unable to change the account holder for the contract,

The name that is used to purchase the contract remains on the account for the duration of the contract.

You can change the direct debit details to the account holders if you would like.
