charged early on a monthly plan

So I set this sim up then checked the app just to go over everything and the app says my payment is the 26th of each month. I woke up on the 11th to find I've already been charged but my allowances a) haven't reset as it says they will when I pay my bill and b) are showing 15 days till they reset (15 days onto the 11th would be the 26th)

Are you a new customer, if so your first bill is taken the day after you join iD Mobile?
