Why have I been charged £5.35 for a non geographic call ? What does this mean ?

I have also been charged an additional £3.68 without any description. I am extremely careful not to incur extra charges as this has happened in the past. How do I lodge an official complaint ?

@stewart kerry viewing your bill, looks like calls to an Alarm Monitoring company are classed as a “Non-Geographic Call”, resulting in an additional charge. Thanks.
