Hi, I switched network on the 24th September and never received a final bill.

I have chatted to live chat twice asking for a  final bill who advised it was sent and the second time i chatted to support they said it would be generated on the 15th October and emailed to me which is never was.

 

So now I get an email from letterrequests with a copy of my early September bill and not the final bill that should of been generated on the 25th september which is 1 day after switch.

How hard is it to send a customer a final bill? Just wow!

How can I get someone at ID Mobile to actually send me a copy of my final bill?
