payed bill , still cut off


I paid my bill 3 hours ago it came out of my account but bar still not lifted , please help

Cancel it anyway and go with tesco payg. I feel like I've moved to the 21st century after the joke iD reception

We’re very sorry to hear this. When services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).
