I recently ordered the Pixel Pro 9, but due to a system glitch, two orders were placed instead of one. When I contacted the call center, I was told to wait until both phones were delivered. After receiving the phones, I contacted the call center again, and this time, I was instructed to return the extra phone to the warehouse. I was assured that the upfront payment would be refunded and that I didn't need to take further action, as the contract for the second phone would be canceled once the phone was returned.

I returned the phone via Royal Mail and received confirmation from them that it was delivered to the warehouse.

However, I have still not received the refund for the upfront cost of the phone, and I was also charged £7.30 via direct debit.

Could someone please contact me to resolve this issue? It has been over a month since I first reached out, and nothing has been done.
