Hi all
I requested my PAC code on the 25th of September to see how much early exit fee would be.
Exit fee was £170. 2 days later I paid my bill as normal of £25. Today (13th of Oct) I requested PAC again to see amount due if I swapped now, and it has increased to £180.
I have no our of plan charges, so how can my amount have increased?
