I am unable to log into my account as it said Your iD plan ended more than 6 months ago, so your online account has now been closed. If you need help, please call our customer services team on 0333 003 7777.Â

When is the most recent bill you’ve received dated? As if an account was disconnected over 6 months ago, and all bills were paid up to date to that point. Then you definitely should not be receiving bills still.

My Latest bill is dated Monday 13th July. I have only one ID Mobile Account
