Data Speed in DT4 area has been tanking badly for the past couple of weeks, and now becoming useless. How do I complain about this massively deteriorating service?

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having issues with data speeds in your area, have you checked the postcode on the Three outage checker?

 

Have you been in contact with us already about this? Please let us know so we can get in contact with you if needed and investigate further.

The speed has been appalling for several weeks now, and while I did complain to iD and they contacted me, their concern has dropped off. They were going to circle back, but have failed to do so.
