I have just installed the ID mobile App on my new phone and canāt log in.Ā I get an error message āoops something went wrongā āplease try againāĀ I have tried again, no luck, I have re-registered, no luck.Ā I have uninstalled and re-installed the App, still the same issue.Ā I noted that I am not on my own.Ā Please help

We're very sorry for any disruption, we are aware of the issue and we are currently working on this as a high priority, and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

We have also had issues with some customers getting onto the app/website recently due to the number of customers trying to get on them at once, so please try again and see if itās working now, as the issues are intermittent at different times depending on customers trying to get on at once.
