Hi! I still can't use my mobile data and can't access my account using our appĀ

@LyolyokaĀ Hello over recent day's IDMobile has and have experience technical difficulties. Some costumer have all services or part service reinstated.

It's quite possible you're issues are related.Ā 

Try and see if there's and issues in the postal area by using the IDMobile Status checker hereĀ https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

We're very sorry for any disruption, we are aware of the issue and we are currently working on this as a high priority, and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

We have also had issues with some customers getting onto the app/website recently due to the number of customers trying to get on them at once, so please try again and see if itā€™s working now, as the issues are intermittent at different times depending on customers trying to get on at once.

I have just installed the ID mobile App on my new phone and canā€™t log in.Ā  I get an error message ā€œoops something went wrongā€ ā€œplease try againā€Ā  I have tried again, no luck, I have re-registered, no luck.Ā  I have uninstalled and re-installed the App, still the same issue.Ā  I noted that I am not on my own.Ā  Please help
