my phone is okay.
This happen after I have upgrade my contract with idmobile. I have not received new Sim and my old sim was working until upgrade.
Now it shows no Mobile network in both phones.
There is no contact number to be able to talk to customer service in Idmobile. Now it is a few days I am not able to receive and call through my number.

It sounds as though the new SIM card that should have come with your phone has become the active SIM card. Have you checked the packaging to see if the SIM card is inside there? It will be in a small envelope and it will not have come inside the phone’s box.
