I have tried resetting my phone and taking the sim out. Phone not working

We have been with ID for quite a while. Service has been out for 2 days now and still not working. Postcode is BT28 2AZ

Thank you for that information. Unfortunately we can see congestion on the network mast in your area but we hope that this is resolved very soon. How is your signal away from home (at least a mile or two); is it any better? When at home, does the signal come and go?
