I have tried resetting my phone and taking the sim out. Phone not working

Have you just joined iD or been with us for some time?

Have you tried the service away from home incase it’s a local mast issue?

What’s your full postcode?

We have been with ID for quite a while. Service has been out for 2 days now and still not working. Postcode is BT28 2AZ

Hello @KatTagg Sara,

Thank you for that information. Unfortunately we can see congestion on the network mast in your area but we hope that this is resolved very soon. How is your signal away from home (at least a mile or two); is it any better? When at home, does the signal come and go?

Hi, no this is still not working. It is incredibly frustrating. J have tried ringing you customer service line and cannot get through. Can someone contact me on REMOVEDas soon as possible please.
