I have no phone signal. Unable to contact customer services as you only provide a phone number and as stated I have no signal! Do you have an email

Okay @Holly Oliver, iD don’t have a telephone support helpline - all you can do is talk to iD support online by using their live chat service, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

You can check the status of the mobile network in your area online, with your postcode at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support.

Yeah, Facebook Messenger is often a better option for talking privately to the iD support team.

Contact made via Facebook.  Dealing with mast since 2 Aug. I've to contact again in 48 hours so they can tell me how long it's likely to last. Tried checking their online coverage checker but now keeps rejecting my request. 

So who knows...Still no signal.
