People can't hear me in a call yet I can hear them whilst at home

Say miss you is everyone else. People can't hear me in a call if I'm in my property home yet I can hear them perfectly. Clearly this is not a new issue as it's been going on for a very long time and multiple people have this in many locations. My current location is DE13. Let's see what lies they come up with to me in all this about the Wi-Fi calling it's absolutely useless

What’s the full postcode so we can check the coverage at the local masts for you?

 

Can you also try recording yourself via the voice recorder app and let me know if this plays audio fine?
