Is this happening with all text messages, or just some text messages

Only one contact, I have used the message texting service always, but just last week it stopped.

Has that ONE contact blocked your number, or have they changed their number

A few things to check:
- Has texting this number ever worked?
- Were you previously on iPhone and moved to Android or has that user moved from Android to iPhone or vice versa?
- Does the text show as sent on your end but not received on his?
- Get the recepient to check other messaging apps they may have as it’s possible the message is being sent but only showing in that app
Otherwise, I’d ask the recepient to raise this with their network, since the issue is only impacting one number, it’s likely an issue on their end.
