Unable to call 0330 numbers

My phone won't let me call 0330 numbers. Is there a reason for this. Can it be amended please.

Are you still having issues here with calling 0330 numbers?

 

As shown by @andewhite we did have an outage at the time which may have been the issue, however if you’re still having trouble please let us know here so we can take a further look.

Unfortunately @Mahesh09, the iD community doesn’t do urgent.

The iD moderators only read user posts once a day, sometimes less frequently than this.

For time critical issues, use the iD live chat service - the agent work between 9am - 8pm weekdays (and 9am - 6pm at weekends).

03 numbers are inclusive so as long as you have allowances left you should be able to make this call.

Have you since been able to sort this?

Can you call 01 and 02 numbers fine?
