Unable to hear

Sometimes when making and receiving calls myself or the caller are unable to hear each other.

Hello @DazScaff,

To help troubleshoot the issue, can you confirm if you have the same problem when listening to audio or video on the device?

If so, this sounds like a handset fault with the speakers.

 

If not, then is this with a specific person or anyone that calls?

How many bars of coverage do you have when the issue occurs?

Is that on several different numbers, or just a particular one? How many bars of signal are showing when this happens?

Yes got the handset from you, it’s only 3 month old

Hi, it’s on different numbers, signal can be anywhere between 2 bats and full.  If I usually hang up and call back that can work.
