There are a few things that could be causing this.
Have you tried your Sim in another phone as if the issue rectifies itself with this then it could be that your phone has a fault or is not compatible with the iD mobile network. A full list of compatible handsets can be found here → https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/approved-handsets
If the issue continues, it may be worth getting a replacement Sim for free from your local Currys store. They’ll be able to issue you a new Sim and may even be able to assist you in activating it. Find your local Currys store here → https://www.currys.co.uk/store-finder

Can you confirm the exact words you hear?

The message says you are currently unable to make any calls as you have reached your capped limit, to start using your phone again you need to make a payment or increase your capped limit.
I’ve paid an extra £150 to my account so my account is in credit by this and I’m still not able to make calls.
Only joined ID Mobile 2 month ago and it’s been a joke.
