There’s is no telephone support helpline at iD Mobile @Federica Piccione - all their help & support is online.

In my experience it’s best to contact iD privately via Facebook Messenger, or by sending a Twitter DM (direct message). The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

Is this a new contract you have purchased or an upgrade for an existing contract you had with us?

It's all been sorted in a very timely manner.. I did manage to get in a live chat with customer service eventually!
