Cant get PAC code, just joined ID

Hi. I joined ID a few days ago and used a PAC code to transfer my number.   The transfer day was today 
 

Unfortunately the signal I am getting at work is terrible so I need to leave asap. I try to request a new PAC code either by text or the app. It all I get sent is a message saying it hasn’t been created. 
 

Can someone help please

You may need to wait a few days to be sure your number was ported to iD Mobile, before requesting a PAC.

Hi Tom, 

 

no as it’s not easy to get through. I got my PAC code and was just going to use that and close the account and pay a months line rental. 
 

Is there anything else you can do ?
