Hi there, when I first got contract with you was I ment to receive any ear buds off you? I could of swore I click image with the ear buds next to the phone. Can you please check?

Maybe instead try using iD website “Help and Support” option to access following menu?

I’ve just tried the link and it’s worked, I’d recommend attempting to open it in a different browser or device.
