I want to leave iD Mobile

I’ve tried to make contact via the online chat but time seems to be increasing in the queue. I’m in the 14 days cooling off period and would like to cancel my account and leave please.

When you’re in the cooling off period, technically you want to cancel your order @jasonleake.

Be careful @jasonleake, you don’t want to cancel your iD account by mistake, and then have to pay an early termination fee.
