I ordered a new phone last week. Was showing in stock. 
I have confirmation of order but nothing since then? DPD are unable to trace.

getting very frustrated trying to find out where the order is.

Okay @Julie Daley, if you’ve got your iD Mobile order number, try checking with the iD sales team for a status update - call them on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.

What does the DPD tracking number show when you put this in the website?

Is it showing at the DPD Depot?
