sim card has not yet arrived

Hi

 

My mobile phone has arrived however my sim card hasnt arrived and I ordered the phone at the end of November and therefore still cant set up my phone and I have already paid for one month.

Please can you arrange a sim to be sent to me.

We are sorry to hear about that! Did you order the phone from us as a phone contract? If so, the SIM card should have been within the packaging.
