My SIm has not yet arrived I ordered it on the 6th Jan.

Hi @scottbeaman,

I am sorry to hear about that. SIM cards can take up to 5 working days and even longer in areas where Covid has affected the Royal Mail depot. Has it arrived since you made your post? Yesterday would be the 5th working day so if it’s not there, please let us know.
