Any charges for canceling contract/plan within cooling off period?
There might be some airtime charges, because the iD SIM is shipped to you already activated - iD charge for airtime from the date of dispatch.
The cooling OFF period varies depending on where you ordered your phone.
Go back and check your terms and conditions, which you agreed at the time of purchase, and also have a look at the “How do I cancel or return my order?” community article online - good luck.
DD was canceled and I didn’t set up an account with the plan, how do I get the bill?
Well, you could try discussing this on iD’s dedicated payment line on 0333 003 0001.
They might be able to help you.

How do I view my final bill without account and app?
You’ll have to ask iD for this - I’d suggest using the online chat page https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The iD agents in the online chat team are available 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends.
