I switched from EE to ID with a PAC number but I have issues.

I switched from EE to ID and it all transferred over last week. When I call people it has my old EE number on which is what I wanted. But when I text people it is the temporary number from ID? When I check my 'about mobile' in my settings it is showing only my old EE number so what else do I need to do?

Is there anyone at ID to help with this please? If not can someone tell me how you can actually speak with a person on the telephone for ID?
