Can I please have replacement sim, I am finding hard to contact you guys? I lost my sim. Plscontact me on email I need replacement sim asap.

Hey @Prabhakar Bohara,

We can send a replacement SIM out via DPD which is 1-2 working days or you can get one for free via Currys which may be quicker.

Once you have this, you just need to activate it on: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/your-sim-card

Hello can I also get a sim replacement I jave lost it while moving it in to my new phone

The quickest way to get a replacement SIM is by visiting your local Curry’s store.
