never let me login in app?

I am struggling about logging into id mobile app for 2 month. Can anyone help with it?

Tried to find a way talk to id mobile stuff, but never succee! I can log in here, but not in the app?

Can anyone tell me why?I  am really tried of it now.

 

Thanks for whoever give me a way out.

Yes, Tom pmed me. Then, what? Is my problem solved? No!

Trying to do some feather action to help? No!

Did anyone call me? No!

I understand you guys are saying I couldn't prove I am the number holder because I couldn't give correct information. SO, why don't you call the number and investigate into it??

 

Is this how you helping someone like this? If so, please stop replying it and let It be.

We can’t call the number as we aren’t an outbound calling team, we work off the community site alone and would only speak directly to an account holder about their account.

0333 003 7777 is the payment line, this would not help you log into your account.
