I’m a new customer and received my new phone on Sunday - I sent a PAC code and was supposed to transfer to this network yesterday but I didn’t receive a sim card with the phone. Does this arrive separately?

You can get a replacement from any Currys store, otherwise talk to iD customer service using the online Live Chat service about getting a replacement SIM.
The replacement would be posted using Royal Mail, without tracking, and you’d need to allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
