My number should have changed over to my new phone with yourselves yesterday but still hasn't happenedĀ

Is your old providerā€™s SIM card still working,Ā @Robert Ward?Ā 

If yes, then your switch hasnā€™t happened yet.

If no, then perhaps thereā€™s a problem with your switch to iD. Have you used the online iD Live Chat to speak to iD support about this?Ā

Hi @Robert Ward, @andewhiteĀ is correct here, is your old SIM is still active, the PAC code either hasnā€™t been processed as it should have been, or thereā€™s a delay.Ā 

If your old SIM has deactivated, this sounds like a SIM issue, or a file exchange delay. This occurs when iD Mobile are waiting for the relevant files from your old network provider to complete the transfer.
