When I am in an area with no network coverage, any callers to my number get a message saying the number they have dialed does not exist. Why arent they put through to my voicemail?

Have you checked to ensure Voicemail is turned ON in the iD app/account?
If it is enabled we can run through steps to configure this.
You can also have a look at Voicemail settings in the Caller app.

voicemail is on and works when I have signal or I am on WIFI, When I am not on the netowrk, callers just get a message saying my number doesnt exist - which is not ideal!
