old number showing on SMS

Hi there,

I am having issues where the ID allocated number is showing up on SMS after I have ported my number over from EE

I have been into the settings of the phone and it is showing the number is unknown. Screenshot attached.

Phone is Pixel 6 Pro

Are you using Google Chat Features?

Yes, it's is showing the old number

I've turned it off and that sorted it

You can turn it back on and it should now register your ported number. You must have setup RCS messaging prior to your number port taking place.
