pac code not working correctly

I began a new contract with ID just over a month ago. 
I transferred my old number using PAC code which has worked however when I’m calling people the number that came with the new contract shows and I cannot receive any text messages to the number I have transferred. 
I’ve tried in vain to talk to an advisor but have had no luck. This is a business phone and I’m losing customers!

Live chat also doesn’t work- it’s just showing error codes

Can you confirm which handset you are using?

Is the correct number being displayed in your settings under ‘My Number’?

Hey Kash, 

I managed to speak to someone via Facebook. 
apparently it’s a problem with iPhone handsets. She’s very kindly sent me out a new SIM card with the the attached to it to see if that works. I will keep you posted.

Glad to hear she was able to help.

Sounds like it could also be due to a partial port but we can raise to the TechTeam to look into if the new SIM does not fix it.
