upgrade/ downgrade

I have almost reached the end of my contract, i want to keep my handset and move to a sim only deal seamlessly. I want my contract to end and roll on with a sim only contract because I have just retired and I am happy with BT and my current handset.

BT's online web site does not seem to support a downgrade option and wants me to pay a leaving fee.

Hi @covkid53,

Are you referring to the BT network or our network here? If it's ours, you can carry out a plan change from within your account on our app or website.
