Thank you for your advice- I had tried this, but I have been getting a message that tells me “there is an issue with the information you’ve submitted”.
There is also a broken hyperlink on ID Mobile’s help page, as so….

Quite frankly appalled at the lack of customer service as I formerly spent 3hours on the so-called “Chat Help” last week trying to resolve this issue,

FYI , you can submit a PAC using the Live Chat service.
The hyperlink issue is linked to the cookies iD store on your browser device. To prevent hyperlink issues ensure you’ve signed-out of your iD Community account before using another iD website.
