Failed number port and my online account does not work

Hello,

 

First time posting here having joined ID Mobile in the last couple of days, I must say it has not been an ideal start.

 

  1. My number port from my original network seems to have failed, the number is showing on my mobile phone correctly to the ID Mobile SIM, the phone says “emergency calls only”
  2. My online account is not working as expected, attenting to login shows a message that something has failed.

Is there anyone avaiable to help please?

Hey @CraigMurfin,

What date were you given for the port?

Usually when the port is in progress, you will get a loss of service and this is restored once the port completes.

A restart after should fix it.
